Page Design

For the last 2 and a half years I have been the Design Lead for The Rocket Newspaper. Throughout this role I have been an integral part in award-winning page design. At the beginning of the week, the writers and I plan out where each story will go and it is then my responsibility to bring those ideas to life. All pages are created in Adobe InDesign and all fonts adhere to The Rocket’s style guide. Beyond that I have full creative freedom over the design. Throughout this role I have gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills.
