Haverlack College of Business unveiling

I was fortunate enough to be part of a Live Studio Production class during the time Slippery Rock was unveiling its first named college, The Haverlack College of Business. This allowed me to be a part of the production crew responsible for covering the event. I originally was a backup roaming camera until the university photographer had to back out. This allowed me to serve as the main photographer for one of the biggest events in Slippery Rock history. I used a mix of my 70-200 mm and 24-70mm lenses to take a variety of shots throughout the ceremony. I was also responsible for setting up group photos before and after the ceremony. This required me to direct large crowds of students and faculty quickly and efficiently so that they could return to their posts as soon as possible. I used Adobe Lightroom to edit and then uploaded all images within an hour of the ceremony's conclusion.
